Shootr Terms of Service

Effective July 7, 2026

Effective date: July 7, 2026

The service

Shootr provides AI-generated basketball coaching feedback on videos you submit. Feedback is automated, informational, and for training purposes only — it is not medical, health, or professional athletic advice. Use your judgment (and a real coach or physician where appropriate) before changing how you train.

Your content

You keep ownership of videos you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and analyze them to provide the service (including processing by the providers named in the Privacy Policy). Only submit videos you have the right to use; if the video shows other identifiable people, you are responsible for having their permission.

Subscriptions

Paid features require a subscription purchased through Apple. Pricing, trial terms, and renewal are shown in the app before purchase; subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempting to breach or overload the backend, no reverse-engineering paid entitlements, no submitting content that violates others' rights.

Termination

You can stop using Shootr and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". AI analysis can be wrong — makes may be scored as misses, feedback may not fit your body or situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
