Common questions

My video won't upload. Check that the clip is under 3 minutes and you're on a stable connection; uploads resume by part on flaky networks. If it keeps failing, email us the approximate time and your app version (Settings → About).

Analysis failed or looks wrong. Occasionally the AI can't read a video (far camera, poor lighting, ball out of frame). Try 1080p, landscape, with the hoop and your full body visible. Wrong make/miss calls can be corrected on each moment — corrections help us improve.

Restore purchases. Settings → Restore Purchases signs your subscription back in on a new device. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

Delete my account. Settings → Delete Account permanently removes your videos, sessions, and profile. This cannot be undone.
