Privacy Policy

Your clips are private. Shootr has no ads, tracking, or data sale.

What Shootr collects

Account identifier. Shootr requires Sign in with Apple. Supabase Auth stores the Apple-linked account identifier needed to keep your library private and synced. Shootr does not request your name or email address.

Clips and clip details. Videos you choose, their file size, duration, type, upload time, and deterministic experience progress are stored for your private history.

Purchase status. Apple processes payment. Shootr receives signed subscription status and transaction identifiers needed to grant and restore paid access. Shootr never receives card details.

How data is used

Data is used only to authenticate you, upload and play your clips, show your history and experience progress, verify your subscription, prevent abuse, support account recovery, and operate the service.

Storage and providers

Private account data, clip metadata, and video files are processed by Supabase in the United States. Apple processes authentication and purchases. These providers may process limited request and security logs under their own terms. Shootr contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking SDK.

Retention and deletion

Clips remain until you delete a clip or your account. In-app account deletion removes your Shootr account, clips, clip history, and entitlement record. A minimal deletion-operation identifier and status may remain to safely finish or prove an interrupted deletion; it contains no clip, Apple token, email, or payment details. Apple retains purchase records under its own policies.

Deleting Shootr does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in Apple subscription settings.

Your choices

You can view and delete individual clips, restore purchases, manage your subscription, or delete your account in the app. For a privacy or data request, contact 13patrickyoung1313@gmail.com.

Children

Shootr is not directed to children under 13. Do not use Shootr without parent or guardian permission where local law requires it.
